Punalu'u Beach Park

This county park has all of the amenities, including restrooms, showers, telephone, a pavilion, and an open camping area that requires a permit. The black sand beach here is the finest on the island and offers some of the safest swimming on this coastline, but as usual, beware, and stay close to the shore.
